Islander Condos For Sale
If you want to get as close to a body of water as possible, one of your best chances of doing so would be with a resort-like Islander. Built in 1982, Islander has been a go-to vacation resort for tenants, providing some of the best views of bodies of water like the Gulf of Mexico and Destin’s East Pass. Islander has a gulf frontage of 115 feet via boardwalk access that crosses over an easement to get to Jetty East.
Islander stands 7 floors tall and has a total of 127 units available. One of this resort's main features is two tennis courts that are readily available throughout the day. Surrounded by metal fences and gates, you will have a fun and safe time playing games of tennis with friends and family. Located on the gulf side of Islander’s V-shaped structure are two outdoor swimming pools that can be heated during cold days. One pool is oval-shaped, and the other has a conventional rectangle shape. Right next to these pools are individual hot tubs.
Also located outdoors is a designated barbecue area where you can take your favorite meats for grilling. Along the way to the beach, you will have direct access to a fishing and snorkeling spot at Destin’s East Pass, a fun activity for the whole family. Islander also offers courts for basketball, volleyball, and shuffleboard in case you want a nice change up from playing tennis.
