Laurie has lived along the Emerald Coast all her life. She attended Florida State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Taking the advice of her mother, a teacher of thirty years, Laurie began a career in real estate and joined Keller Williams Realty Emerald Coast. Laurie comments that she feels honored to be one of the founding members at the Destin office of Keller Williams Realty Emerald Coast, the last ten years have been the most rewarding and interesting years of her life.
With constant changes in the Real Estate business Laurie feels it is necessary to stay on top of the latest innovations in technology and business. Laurie has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Realtors who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Fewer than 4% or 38,000 of the active real estate sales associates and brokers in the United States have earned this credential.

Dani Perez joined the Laurie Hollowell team in May 2011 after she and her family were reassigned to Eglin Air Force Base. Dani specializes in making buyers’ real estate dreams a reality. She has both real estate sales and banking/lending experience, and she strives to stay on top of market changes and business trends. Dani was born and raised in Boise, Idaho, and attended Boise State University. Being an outdoor enthusiast, she loves living along the Emerald Coast with its beautiful beaches and many coastal wildlife habitats. As Executive Assistant Kathy is the go to person for answers and information on The Laurie Hollowell Team listings and closings. Kathy will do everything from shooting new listing photos to transaction follow-up to ensure smooth closings. She has 15 years of experience in the field of real estate administration. She excels in graphics, web design and print media advertising. Kathy is a well-versed photographer who has done aerial photography in the Destin Florida area.
Kathy has been coming to Destin her whole life to visit her Grandparents. She is originally from the Pittsburgh, PA area and when she got both kids in college she said “I’m going to the beach!” She just loves living on the Emerald Coast of Florida.
