Hi, my name is Melinda Feldner and I am the Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant for the Laurie Hollowell-Meeker Team. I take care of all the bookkeeping for the team, assist with the rental properties and the listings. I also assist Kathy Schwietz with the marketing and take care of the loose ends in the office so that Laurie, Jim and Kathy can keep in touch with all of our sellers and buyers.

On a personal note, I have a wonderful husband Phil and four fantastic children, Kristin, Katie, Nicholas and Matthew. The oldest is in college and the youngest in pre-school. I am originally from New Orleans, La where I worked in the bookkeeping department for the largest printing company in the Gulf States. My family and I moved to the Gulf Coast in June of 1996 when my husband, Phil, got a job offer in Fort Walton Beach.
