Jim Meeker

Jim’s career in the hospitality industry over a 30 year span has encompassed
job positions from bellman to corporate hotel director for a “Top Twenty” Fortune 500 Company.

Possessing a strong work ethic, he gained valuable insight and strengthened his abilities as an operator in a wide array of leadership roles and special task force assignments for companies such as Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc., Hilton Hotels Corporation, Promus Hotel Corporation, and Holiday Inns, Inc.

Jim’s hospitality industry recognitions include: Several “Top Ten Hotel” awards, company wide marketing awards, and company wide leadership as well as community outreach awards.

Over the past four years Jim and his wife Laurie have been partners in a very successful (#1 for 2007) real estate team at Keller Williams Realty Emerald Coast.

Jim’s areas of expertise are:

1. Listing and selling all different types of real estate.
2. Land acquisition for hotel properties.
3. Determining appropriate market placement for different hotel concepts.
4. Marketing and Sales: Pre-opening to property stabilization.
5. Operations: Developing operational models for all different sizes of properties to      provide consistent, superior service.
6. Leadership: Goal oriented, inspirational leader with a “Team First” approach.
